His notable leadership and accomplishments are focused on Africa and in particular, Ethiopia, where he successfully leads local and international specialists in the hydrocarbon sectors. His practical knowledge of the Ethiopian business ecosystem and his well-rounded understanding of the local culture have propelled his professional success.

With decades of experience in a variety of other sectors such as logistics, banking, shipping, and education, he remains consistent, resilient, and ethical as he oversees the ZUBARAOIL mega-project in Ethiopia.
